I am the original owner of this unit. This company recommended and installed a new unit from Payne with a 10-year manufacturer's warranty. Three years later the blower motor breaks, and they refuse to honor the manufacturer's warranty which is clearly published on the payne.com website. There was no other event or product abuse connected with this part failure, and I have a copy of their original invoice and manufactures manual. The technician has even stated that the part is covered under the warranty, but the person answering the phone says a blower motor is not a component of the furnace. A blower motor is within the unit, and one of the most integral parts of the furnace. This company cannot be trusted to stand behind their products or service.
